1. Drink eight glasses of water a day.

2. Include two vegetables and one fruit in every meal.

3. Begin each meal with a raw vegetable salad.

4. Make a light snack of assorted sprouts.

5. Start the day with a glass of warm water and a dash of lime.

6. Use only fresh vegetables.

7. Once a week have only fresh fruits until noon, make lunch the first
meal of the day.

A manufacturer of cameras popular in Japan, Exemode, well known for their business models, today announced the availability of a limited version of the mini digital camera SQ28m, known as Exemode SQ30m.

Created in collaboration with Pokedigi room and the SQ30m measure only 53 × 19 × 23mm and weighs just 21 grams, with a CMOS sensor that snaps 1.95MPix CMOS image resolution of 1280 x 1200, has 64MB of internal memory, expandable to 2GB with microSD memory, and can shoot video in 320 x 240 @ 8fps. Apparently the camera will also have the effect to be applied to pictures.
