Creamy Date Shake

Dates add a distinctive sweet flavor—and some fiber—to this calcium-packed shake.

Ingredients

* 2 1/4 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
* 3/4 cup skim milk
* 1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 5 ice cubes


Calories: 236

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in blender, and process until dates are finely chopped. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Qutub Minar, India

The leggy and ever attractive sepulcher of Delhi which can be seen from most parts of the metropolis is titled the Qutab Minar. It has a length of 14.32m at the base and active 2.75m on the top with a pinnacle of 72.5m.
